2. Advanced Analytics & AI
A) Ease of Use• Step 1: After clicking the WhatsApp icon, the system redirects directly to WhatsApp where a predefined message “Hello, I need help” is displayed.
• Step 2: The chatbot automatically helps the user select from the list of citizen services.
• Step 3: After selecting the option, a list of all available services is displayed and the user can choose the required service.
